Scope Of Service
The Virtual Room Refresh is a digital interior design service. You will receive a custom design package tailored to your submitted space, including a mood board, layout plan, and clickable shopping list.
This service is for design guidance only. Anna Beth Interiors does not provide construction drawings, architectural plans, engineering services, or permit documentation.
All recommendations are conceptual and intended for implementation by the client at their own discretion.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including:
• Photos of the space
• Measurements
• Completed questionnaire
• Budget and style preferences
Anna Beth Interiors is not responsible for errors, fit issues, or design limitations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Timeline
Your design package will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of receiving all required information.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on workload, communication delays, or complexity of the project.
Deliverables
Your design package will be delivered digitally via email and includes:
• Custom mood board
• Clickable shopping list
• Layout plan
• Approximately 15 curated items
• Styling guidance
No physical products are included in this service.
Revisions and Item Swaps
Clients may request swaps for up to 5 items at no additional charge, provided requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving the design package.
Additional item swaps are available at a rate of $20 per item.
Swap requests must remain within the original scope of the design. Excessive revisions or full redesign requests may require the purchase of a new design package.
Sold-Out Item Replacement Policy
If a recommended item becomes unavailable within 14 days of the client receiving their design package, Anna Beth Interiors will provide a replacement recommendation at no additional charge.
After 14 days, Anna Beth Interiors is not responsible for replacing unavailable items, as inventory availability is outside of our control.
Purchasing and Implementation
The client is solely responsible for purchasing, ordering, and installing all recommended items.
Anna Beth Interiors is not responsible for:
• Retailer shipping delays
• Product defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect orders placed by the client
• Assembly or installation issues
Any product concerns must be addressed directly with the retailer.
No Guarantees on Availability, Pricing, or Outcomes
Product pricing and availability are subject to change at any time and are outside of Anna Beth Interiors’ control.
While every effort is made to provide accurate recommendations, Anna Beth Interiors cannot guarantee:
• Product availability beyond the 14-day replacement window
• Exact color matches due to screen variations
• Exact fit in the space due to site conditions
• Specific aesthetic outcomes once implemented
Final results depend on implementation by the client.
Communication and Service Format
All Room Refresh services are conducted via email only.
No phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings are included with this service.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of this service, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be issued once the design process has begun.
Limitation of Liability
Anna Beth Interiors shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses resulting from:
• Implementation of design recommendations
• Furniture assembly or installation
• Contractor or third-party services
• Use or misuse of recommended products
The client assumes full responsibility for implementation.
Intellectual Property
All design materials, including mood boards, layouts, and shopping lists, are the intellectual property of Anna Beth Interiors.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Anna Beth Interiors reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, unrealistic expectations, or scope violations.
Agreement
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
